I bought it and it arrived and uh...I don't know how I feel about it lol This was another jumpsuit I decided on. It's final sale so no return but it's quite short so it makes my legs look stubby. I'm also quite conflicted because in NYC, it's either super hot or super cold so pairing it with a jean jacket will not be a very wise choice especially since the material is quite thin and cooling. I like this but it definitely needs hemming. My mom said it might look weird after hemming so :/ If I do hem it, I plan on hem it to my ankles. I also really like this top but it's hella tight and in the photo, I'm already sucking my stomach in but it still looks really bad T_T

I am actually really mad right now. On July 14th, I ordered 2 items (let’s call it A and B) from Amazon (both of which are birthday gifts) that I needed by July 20th. By July 18th, the items were still not shipped so I was obviously concerned about it not arriving on time so I contacted Amazon customer service. They said they’re very sorry for the delay because A was not available in the nearest facility. However, they offered me the option to re-order B with the fastest shipping and waive off the shipping cost while cancelling and refunding the previous B. I thought, “hm..why not? I will still have one of the gifts instead of none” so I did everything they said and even double confirmed that they’ll cancel the previous B. Now this is the part where it got me livid. I GOT AN EMAIL YESTERDAY SAYING THAT THE PREVIOUS B ORDER WAS SHIPPED. Are you seeing why I’m mad? I contacted customer service again and they ask that I call the courier myself. I really don’t have time for that. The last time I was on the phone with them, it took me an hour. Besides, isn’t that what customer service is for? Solving issues that a customer have? When I contacted Sephora about my order not arriving despite it being marked delivered, Sephora contacted the courier and got the issue solved. They found out that the delivery people had delivered the package to another address and Sephora re-delivered my entire package (close to $300) with no cost on my part. Now that is what satisfactory service is. Amazon? Far from it.
I really would have been whatever about it if item B was under $30 or even if I just have use for it. However, the item was over $150 and it’s utter trash for me. I just don’t need it or even want it.

Tell me I can’t read and that they NEVER told me they won’t stop the shipment. **The labeled B is from the previous order**

That sucks. I hate online orders and shipping. It’s the reason I barely actually own any merchandise for things I’m a fan of (save some Harry Potter stuff I bought in Orlando and in the UK). Well that and money. I would love to actually buy things, but I don’t have the cash.
But yeah, online ordering to me is super sketchy. I don’t trust it. I guess I’m just a huge fan of the old brick and mortar retailer.
